Since starting in the real estate industry in 2002, Monica has dedicated herself exclusively to the Escrow business since 2012, becoming one of the first employees at Oakwood Escrow.

Drawing daily from the wisdom of her recently retired mentor, Kitty Toft, a highly decorated professional with 45 years of experience, Monica ensures that every transaction is handled with the utmost care and expertise.
