Fall means holiday parties are around the corner, and if you’re hosting one this year, why not spice things up with a seasonal cocktail?! We want to share our favorite easy Fall cocktails that will ensure your party is a hit! All recipes are from Town and Country Magazine.

Apple Cider Mimosas
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of champagne
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
How to make:
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon, then dip the champagne glass rims into water and into the cinnamon sugar mix. Fill flutes up ¼ with apple cider and top the rest with champagne. Enjoy this Fall twist on your breakfast cocktail!
Caramel Apple Mule
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Absolut vodka
- .5 oz caramel syrup
- 1 oz apple cider
How to make:
Shake the ingredients together with ice, then strain into desired mug over ice. Top the concoction with ginger beer, and garnish with an apple slice.
Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice
- 1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1.5 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Cola
- Mint
How to make:
Combine the Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice, Captain Morgan, and ice cream into a highball glass. Top with Cola, stir, and garnish with mint.
Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
This one is for those who want a little more challenging cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
- 4 cups whole milk (divided)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Optional toppings: whipped cream (marshmallows, shaved chocolate, pumpkin pie spice)
How to make:
Measure ⅓ cup of Kahlúa and set aside. Whisk together 1 cup of milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt into medium saucepan until fully combined. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and hot (do not boil). Whisk in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until mixture is heated. Move from heat right before boiling. Once moved from heat, immediately whisk in Kahlúa. Pour into glasses and add desired toppings.
