Vanessa Smith brings over twelve years of Real Estate experience to Oakwood Escrow. She enjoys a good challenge and loves to learn new things. Vanessa is thrilled to learn the ins and outs of escrow. She is joining the busy escrow unit of Yvonne Walton.
Vanessa has been married to her best friend for seven years. When she’s not working you will find her spending time with family. Vanessa also loves to blog, bake, DIY everything and is a self- confessed huge planner addict. She loves to laugh and volunteer her time to give back.
Vanessa is a big believer in positive thinking and is self- motivated. She is excited to start her new journey and career at Oakwood Escrow. She feels blessed to be working with the best of the best in the escrow industry.
Haley Kremensky is our new Escrow Concierge Specialist for the Del Mar office location. Haley is a recent graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and is excited to start her career with the Oakwood Escrow Team. Her energetic and fun loving personality is a great addition to the crew, as she always wears a smile on her face and is willing to serve. As a true coastal girl, Haley loves hanging out at the beach and enjoying the great outdoors. She values spending time with her family, friends, and cats, Kanga & Roo. With Haley’s love for giving back in many community events, she also volunteers with the Make-A- Wish Foundation and Brunch Club. Haley is looking forward to learning more about the real estate industry and furthering her career with the Oakwood Escrow team.
