As of October 3rd, 2015 the new CFPB regulations were put into place. Oakwood Escrow created this video to help educate the whole on the new rules and to display their compliance with the new regulations with a funny twist.

What is their goal?
CFPB’s main goal is to ensure consumers get the information they need to make the financial decisions they believe are best for themselves and their families. They want all the information to be upfront and clear for the consumer.
