Shannon Harpel is an accomplished Escrow Officer. Her career in the Title and Escrow industry began in 1992 at Orange Coast Title where she started by pulling recorded documents for the title units. Having navigated through various roles over the years, from managing Customer Service and Farming Departments to roles in Sales, Title, and now in Escrow, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction.

She is dedicated to ensuring seamless transactions and measures her success by the multitude of repeat customers and loyal clients she has cultivated over the years. First-time homebuyers are her favorite. Shannon empathizes with the challenges of buying your first home and takes pride in helping first time Buyers navigate the home purchase process.

Shannon is happy to be at Oakwood and values the close-knit family atmosphere, where employees are so much more than just a number. Outside of work, you can find her baking, spending quality time with her children and grandbabies, or indulging in outdoor activities like camping and snowboarding.
