Tressa grew up in an escrow family, and it didn’t take long for her to find her calling. One summer during high school, she took a temporary job at an escrow office—and it was love at first recording! Over the past two decades, she has worked her way up from receptionist to senior escrow officer, bringing dedication, systematic precision, and heart to every transaction. What drives Tressa most is the human side of the business: helping people navigate major life changes with confidence and care. She takes pride in creating a smooth, stress-free experience and believes that behind every file is a meaningful life story.

Tressa met her best friend in 2000 and married him in 2006. Together, they’re raising two amazing sons, who inject fun, grit and gratitude into their lives. Their Newfoundland-Poodle puppy, Baloo, adds extra love to their household. Their family embraces all things geek, including reading, history, boardgames, Marvel, Disney and of course, ComiCon!
